After you complete your order an automatic confirmation letter is generated. In case you do not receive such a letter, it implies one of the following: either you have mistyped your email address when filling the online shopping form, or your order confirmation letter has been sent to a SPAM folder. In case our email has been sent to your SPAM forlder, please add an exception that would prevent this repeting in the future. In case of a typo in your email address, please contact our customer service:: info@chocolissimo.be, and update us with your ordering data and the corrected email address.
A greeting card can be added to all the products ordered in our online shop. After adding a certain product to a basket one is directed to the section of our addons. All of our greeting cards can be found by clicking on GREETING CARDS button that is displayed on a brown ribbon. One can then select a greeting card and add a greeting text in a pop-up widnow by pressing ADD A GREETING CARD button. The entered texed is limited to 6 rows with 21 symbol in each of them (including spaces).
At the moment you can only by our products from one of our online shops.
The shelf-life of our chocotelegram products is at least three months.
There are several way to make a payment:
Ordinary letters used in our chocotelegrams are made of milk chocolate, while some special signs or "space" sign are made of white and dark chocolate.
In case of an ordinary online order we do not offer additional customisation options unless a given offer states otherwise. In case of a large company order we, however, can offer a wide range of cutomisation options including different chocolate types, shapes and packages.
We offer such a possibility indeed. In order to do that one only needs to go to our chocotelegram webpage and launcho chocotelegram generator. One can then write the message of the telegram and choose its size and package. After the telegram is generated it needs to be added to a shopping cart.
We are always tryin to maintain a full stock, in case a product is unavailable, please get in touch with us, and we will let you know when your product would in our stock again. In case you wanted to be informed once a product is available again, you can place place a request for notification. You can do that by entering your email address in the field found under the line stating the unavailability of a product.
If there is such a possibility, a picture can be added to a selected entering the product page in the shopping basket or during the check-out process.

When putting an order one can select a prefered delivery date (working days only). The prefered delivery date is, however, not 100% guaranteed.
Counting from the order dispatchement to delivery:
After placing an order you can choose the prefered delivery date. In most case we manage to deliver ordered goods on time, we, however, cannot give 100% guarantee that the order will be delivered on the prefered date. Our couriers deliver our goods on working days only.
We cannot offer delivery at a specific time of day.
The delivery cost for EU countries:
Our packages are delivered on working days (Monday to Friday) only.
The ordering address can differ from the delivery address.
For the duration of the journey we provide all of our products with an appropriate protection. Every chocolate is wrapped into bubble wrap and separated from its environment by using a special protective paper. In summer, in order to improve the thermal conditions, additional cooling elements are added to all of our packages.
The sender of an order is Grand Belgian Specialities. In case you do not indicate your name on a greeting card, your addressee will not be able to tell who has put an order.
Since in most cases the chocolates are sent as a present, we do not add invoices to the orders themselves. Instead, an invoice is sent to an email of the ordering party.
Every order is pacekd carefully so as to reduce the possibility of damamage. Every chocolate is wrapped into bubble wrap and separated from its environment by using a special protective paper. Everything is then packed into a cardboard box with chocolissimo or chocotelegram logo on it, which is cealed using brown chocolissimo tape.
We do no offer this service at the moment.
