Description of the event :

1. Welcoming drink composed of snacks and sparkling wine

2. Eventual presentation of the company on our giant screen or movie about the history and production process of chocolate

3. Walking dinner (assortment of breads, verrines, and tapas) accompanied with white and red wine and mineral waters

4. Chocolate class: demonstration by the chocolate maker on the tempering technique, confection of truffles and spiced chocolates by the participants.

5. Coffee break with handmade chocolate mousses

Time : 3-4 hours

Minimum : 15 people*

Maximum : 90 people*

Staff : 1 chocolate maker + 1 animator for 15 people

50% deposit must be paid at least 15 days before the event. In case of cancellation, the deposit may be refunded if cancellation takes place later than one week before the event.
