Dark chocolate with 72 % cocoa from Venezuela. This bar has an exeptional and characteristic cocoa flavour, combined with an intense woody tones. The flavour combines a flavour from nuts with tones of oak and exotic fruit, especially backed bananas and banana creme.
This sophisticated combination of flavours perfectly matches wines of intense taste, high sweetness ratio and tannin levels. It can accompany French champagne, Spanish semi-dry cava, Tokaj Aszu (4- or 5-puttonyos), African Pinotage or Australian Shiraz of young vintage.
